Non-Custom Orders

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Custom Orders

Custom Boonies are made to order, not pulled off a shelf - so delivery depends on when yours is finished, not a fixed countdown. Once it's ready, it's sent straight out.

You'll get a dispatch confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves us. If you need it by a specific date, drop us a line at rob@thepangolinco.com before ordering and we'll let you know if it's realistic.

General

• All orders are shipped from the UK.
• Delivery times are working days and start from dispatch, not order date.
• We're not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the courier, but we'll always help chase it down if something's gone missing.
• Wrong delivery address given at checkout? Get in touch as soon as possible - we can't guarantee a redirect once it's shipped.
