Custom Orders: Our lead time is 4-6 weeks once payment has been received which accounts for delays. We cannot always guarantee this, but we try our best to deliver your custom orders as soon as we can.

The quality control means your custom order should be exactly as you have chosen. If this is not the case and there are any issues regarding the product please contact us at rob@thepangolinco.com and we will take the necessary steps in correcting these issues.

At the pangolin co we donate 5% of sales to the African Pangolin Working Group. The support isn't only financially, we aim to spread awareness and education through our social media and different campaigns. We hope our contributions can help to save the pangolins.

Custom Orders: On custom orders your shipping will be included in your quote.

Regular Orders: Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
